Applying UV Gel Polish

1. Shape the nails with a 100/180 grit file. Then, carefully remove the cuticles by gently pushing them back with a rosewood stick.

2. Next, mattify the nail surface with a polishing file or buffer. Remove the resulting nail dust with a cellulose wipe soaked in cleaner. If necessary, a thin layer of primer can be used to degrease the nails.

3. Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure it under a UV/LED lamp. The nails are not wiped clean afterwards.

4. Apply a thin layer of UV gel polish color and cure it under the UV/LED lamp. Repeat the process with a second thin layer. The nail is also not wiped clean at this step.

5. Now, seal the UV manicure with a top coat and cure it under the UV/LED lamp. After curing, wait approx. 30 seconds and then remove the tacky layer with a cellulose wipe soaked in cleaner.

6. For additional care, a nail oil should be used daily.
