Shield™ Rubber Base is a flexible and long-lasting base for the perfect nail shape. It lasts up to 28 days and feels natural on the nails thanks to its rubber structure.
Its medium-thick consistency allows for two applications:
Thin layer as a primer
Builder technique for added stability
APPLICATION:
- Prepare the nail: Prep the nail, apply dehydrator and bonder.
- Apply a thin layer of Shield™ Rubber Base and cure for 30 seconds.
- Seal: Finish with a Shield™ Top Coat of your choice and cure for 60 seconds.
Removal:
Soak-off removal
- Sanitize hands.
- Remove the top coat with a 120/180 grit file until the shine is gone.
- Soak a cotton pad with Polish Remover and wrap it around each nail, then wrap in foil.
- Leave on for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and gently scrape off excess product with a cuticle pusher.
- Buff and shape the nail.
Removal with drill
- Sanitize hands.
- Using a nail drill, remove approximately 90% of the material.
- Ensure no material residue or air pockets remain.
- Depending on your needs, either remove the remaining residue by soaking or proceed directly with refilling.
