Vitra Gel (+ Liquid Metal) are hybrid polishes that create a stained glass effect.
The base, Liquid Metal, combined with the chosen Vitra Gel, creates a semi-transparent 5D effect reminiscent of colored glass. They can be applied as a decorative addition to a manicure or to the entire nail.
For the desired effect, Liquid Metal, a selected Vitra Gel, and a magnet are required.
APPLICATION
- Prepare the nail as usual: perform a manicure and shape the nail. Remove excess grease and moisture from the nail plate using Didier Lab degreaser.
- Depending on the condition of the nail plate, apply an acid primer, an acid-free primer, or Extra Bond with vitamins. Apply the appropriate base suitable for the nail plate.
- This can be the Fiber base Octagon, the Rubber base, the Meta Base, or another base of your choice. The curing time depends on the chosen base.
- Cover the nails with Liquid Metal Silver and create the desired pattern with a magnet – let your imagination run wild and observe how the particles react. Cure under an LED lamp for 60 seconds / UV lamp for 2 minutes (at a wavelength of 395–405 nm).
- Apply a thin layer of the selected Vitra Gel hybrid polish.
- Cure under an LED lamp for 60 seconds / UV lamp for 2 minutes (at a wavelength of 395–405 nm).
- Finally, apply the desired Top Coat and cure it under an LED lamp for 60 seconds / UV lamp for 2 minutes.
