Makear 641 from the Gimme 640 Collection is a semi-transparent UV gel polish with fine shimmer particles. The color is perfect for natural, elegant nail designs and gives the nails a subtle shine.

The light, translucent color provides a delicate and well-groomed result, while the fine shimmer particles sparkle beautifully depending on the light.

The color intensity can be built up individually with several thin layers. One layer creates a very natural, transparent look. Additional layers intensify the color and bring out the shimmer particles more.

Makear 641 is ideal for those who like natural and minimalist nail designs but do not want to forego an elegant shimmer effect.

The medium-thick consistency ensures pleasant and easy application. The gel polish spreads evenly on the nail, self-levels, and does not run into the cuticles.

Application of UV polish – step-by-step instructions for perfect nails

Applying UV nail polish correctly – This is how you achieve a long-lasting and shiny UV manicure. With these detailed instructions, we show you how to professionally apply UV polish in a few steps. Follow these tips for a flawless result.

1. Nail preparation

• Shape the nails: File your nails into the desired shape with a grit of 100/180.
• Remove cuticles: Gently push back the cuticles with a rosewood stick to create a clean base for the polish.

2. Prepare the nail surface

• Mattify the nail: Use a polishing file or buffer to lightly mattify the nail surface.
• Remove nail dust: Clean the nails with a lint-free wipe soaked in cleaner to remove residues.
• Use primer (optional): If necessary, apply a thin layer of primer to degrease the nails and increase the durability of the polish.

3. Apply base coat

• Apply base: Apply a thin layer of base coat.
• Cure: Cure the layer for at least 30 seconds under a UV/LED lamp.
• Note: After curing, the base is not wiped clean.

4. Color application

• First color layer: Apply a thin layer of UV nail polish in your desired color.
• Cure: Cure the color layer for at least 30 seconds under the UV/LED lamp.
• Second color layer: Repeat the process with another thin layer and cure it for at least 30 seconds as well.
• Note: The nail is also not cleaned at this step.

5. Sealing

• Apply top coat: Apply a thin layer of top coat to seal the UV manicure.
• Cure: Cure the top coat for at least 30 seconds under the UV/LED lamp.
• Remove dispersion layer: After curing, wait approx. 30 seconds and remove the dispersion layer with a lint-free wipe soaked in cleaner.

6. Nail care for perfect nails

• Use nail oil: For additional care and shine, apply a high-quality nail oil daily. It keeps your nails healthy and supple.
