Why Eclair Blooming Gel?

Application:
- Apply a base color and cure it.
- Apply a thin layer of Eclair Blooming Gel – do not cure!
- Using a fine brush, apply colored gel or gel polish in drops or lines onto the Blooming Gel.
- Observe how the color spreads naturally.
- Once the desired design is achieved: cure for 60 seconds under an LED/UV lamp.
- Seal with Top Coat.
