Instructions for use

1. Apply Top No Wipe MAKEAR and cure for 30 seconds (work the pigment into the still warm top coat).

2. Apply liquid powder directly with the brush.

3. Rub in with a finger or applicator.

4. Seal with Top No Wipe and cure in an LED/UV lamp (at least 48W).
