PRIMER freezes at low temperatures (below 10 degrees Celsius). In winter, the PRIMER cannot be opened after unpacking the package. Let it sit at room temperature for an hour until it regains a liquid consistency. Only after it has returned to a liquid state can you apply the preparation to the nail. This behavior of the product is completely normal and does not alter its properties.
