Application

1. Preparation
Matte the nails, remove dust, and degrease with cleaner.

2. Apply Base Coat
Apply Base Coat and cure under UV/LED lamp.

3. Color (optional)
Apply UV nail polish and cure, repeat if necessary.

4. Seal
Apply Top Shine Bright thinly and cure under UV/LED lamp. No cleaner required.
